Shimon Sheves - Political consultant
Shimon Sheves is known for his political and corporate work and has made the smooth transition from one to the other, with one of his most notable roles as General Director and Chief of Staff for the government under Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and the other as one of four partners for a business called RSLB Partners. In other roles, he helped craft and develops the economic status of northern Israel and was a personal aide to the former Prime Minister while he served as Defense Minister of the country.
Government Work
Shimon Sheves first began his contribution to the political and environmental infrastructure of Israel by serving as Chairman of the Golan Economic Development Company from 1979 to 1984. As chairman, he played a major role in developing the economy in northern Israel and the Golan region. during that time Shimon Sheves also serves as the Chairman of Golan Settlements Committeeand the Deputy Chairman of Golan Heights Regional Council
In 1992, Shimon Sheves began serving as a personal and political aide and assistant to Yitzhak Rabin while he served as Minister of Defense. Shimon Sheves worked closely with the Defense Minister and was crucial in the steps necessary to oversee major projects concerning areas of land and settlements in the country. Shimon Sheves became campaign manager for Yitzhak Rabin as he began working towards becoming Prime Minister of the country. When Shimon Sheves and Rabin's Israel political party known as the Labor Party, had its first electoral victory in more than 20 years, Shimon Sheves was heavily credited with the party win. As Rabin became Prime Minister, Shimon Sheves became his General Office Director and Chief of Staff, involved with further large scale national land projects in Israel.

In 1995, Shimon Sheves decided to focus his efforts on the business world in hopes of proving as successful in that realm as he was in politics. He was already a management leader and served on the board for the Israel Military Industry, the Israel Aircraft Industry, and mant others.
Shimon Sheves is one of four founders of RSLB Partners, a group developed to help businesses find the financial and development backing they need to get their business started in the competitive corporate world. While the founders are all Israeli (RSLB stands for each letter of their last name,) the company has its headquarters in Washington D.C. to be in the center of all things US hi tech, bio tech, business and government-related. Each founding partner brings with him expert corporate, political, or hi tech experience in the field and help to serve other blossoming businesses with a range of services that will successfully develop their market awareness, account and product management, and technology areas. RSLB also has a strong network of business associates with administrations, officials, government leaders, international financial institutes, and even people in the White House.
Education
Shimon Sheves attended the University of New Haven and graduated with a degree in both public and business administration. At the time, he took a variety of classes given by the US Department of Defense including national and international defense courses. This paved the way for future roles, such as one as an assistant to the Ministry of Defense in his native country.
